Recruitment Information Evening
Whether you’re looking for your first job, or fancy a career change, we will have something exciting for you at Lancashire Police. Join us at this recruitment event to learn more about the avenues into front line policing in Lancashire, including Police Officer pathways, Police Community Support Officers and Special Constables. Plus, discover more about the range of learning opportunities offered by Blackpool and The Fylde College.
When and where?
26th June 2025, 4pm – 8pm, at Blackpool and The Fylde College: Bispham Campus (Ashfield Rd, Blackpool FY2 0HB)
Talks and presentations
Although there is no set time you must arrive by, presentations are being held at 5pm and again at 6.30pm. We would encourage you to attend one of these as it covers important topics such as the application process, vetting, support and much more. It is also a great opportunity to hear from current Lancashire police officers!
Getting there
If travelling by car, there is plenty of parking either entrances to the campus. If travelling by public transport, there are also multiple bus stops for the college along Ashfeild Road.

Blackpool and The Fylde College
This event is being run in partnership with Blackpool and The Fylde College, who offer a number of courses to help kick start you career in policing. Such as the BSc Professional Policing Practice degree, which enables you to enrol on our Professional Degree Holder Entry Programme.
