Female Fitness Initiative
We are hosting female fitness initiatives in Lancashire in the heart of our communities. As part of the Police Officer assessment, we have found the bleep test disproportionately affects females. We are therefore taking our Police bleep test into our communities, so you can come and “have a go”.
These events are held to remove any misconceptions about the bleep test being overly difficult to achieve and at the same time giving police staff and officers the opportunity to engage with our female communities to increase representation within our police family.
